2. Filing a Copyright Infringement Claim
To file a copyright infringement notification, you must provide a written communication that includes:

- Description of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized
- Statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury

3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification that includes:
- Your contact information
- Identification of removed content
- Statement under penalty of perjury
- Consent to local federal court jurisdiction
- Your physical or electronic signature

5. Repeat Infringers
